Your safari kicks off with an early departure to Tarangire National Park, home to some of Africa’s largest elephant herds. Lions and leopards often lurk in the grasslands, making every moment a thrill. After a full day of exploration and a picnic lunch in the park, we head to your lodge or campsite near Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight rest.

We descend into the Ngorongoro Crater at sunrise, 600 meters down into a natural amphitheater packed with wildlife. From black rhinos to prides of lions and vast herds of wildebeest, the crater is your best chance at spotting the “Big Five” in one place. After a rewarding half-day game drive and picnic by the hippo pool, we begin the scenic journey back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for drop-off.
