Peter took care of all the planning, and we met our guide, Martin, the day before the climb — he explained everything clearly and made us feel ready.The whole team was incredible, always making sure we were comfortable and motivated. Martin was a fantastic guide — knowledgeable, kind, and always adapting to our pace. He shared so much about the mountain and Tanzanian culture, and thanks to him and the team, we reached the summit!Even at 4600m, the food was delicious. He was also very accommodating throughout the trip!We hope to collaborate with John again when we come back for Kilimanjaro!Verified Definitely worth trying it Arusha National Park sometimes is undeservedly brushed aside by travelers planing their safaris in Tanzania, however it is a fabulous place containing savannas, forests, rivers and lakes. Me and my friends really enjoyed our experience with Tarry Adventures and Safaris.Planning and communication: A+ (huge props to Peter for making it so easy and enjoyable)Guide: A+ (Iddy is a skillful driver, great photographer and in general a very nice person)Lunch: A+ (our expectations were exceeded; the food was yummy and the setting beautiful)Wildlife spotted: A (giraffes, colobus, blue monkeys and warthogs made our day really special).Walking tour was a very nice addition to this mini-safari. Kikuleta HotSprings also known as Chemka HotSprings, is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The water forms a crystal-clear oasis which is ideal for swimming and relaxing while small fish nibble gently at your feet 🤭. The water is not exceptionally warm but refreshing and it is as deep as 7-10meters.Floaters are available on rental at TZS 5,000 ($2 / €2). Located closer to Moshi than Arusha (1.5hour drive from Moshi to Arusha and a 2hour drive from Arusha), Kikuleta HotSprings is awaiting for you to come and enjoy the ‘jungle’ experience and serenity of the location. The highlight of this experience is the rope tree swing which adds a playful twist to the adventure. The rope is secured to a sturdy tree branch. Entrance Fee: ▪️EA Citizens & Residents: TZS 7,000 ( $3 / €2 ) ▪️Non-Residents / Foreigners: $5 for ALT and $2 for CHD. They picked us up from our hotel in Moshi, and drove us to the park and back. Our guide was very good at spotting animals throughout the jeep portion. They provided a delicious and large lunch which perfectly accommodated my vegetarian diet. Our favorite part was the walking portion of the safari where we got up close to giraffes!
